Getting Duelix
Duelix is on the App Store in Saudi Arabia for iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later, in Arabic and English. It is free and needs no account. Start with your own figures, or explore with sample data first.
Tell us what happened
Include the screen, app version, steps taken and expected result. Do not send passwords, verification codes, National ID numbers, bank-account details, recovery files or passphrases. Remove personal details from screenshots.
Spending and saved plans
Review balance dates, commitments and approved expenses before relying on an estimate. An incomplete history produces incomplete insights. Approving an expense records history; separately review balance reconciliation when updating spending estimates. Save plan changes deliberately. A purchase calculation or guidance answer does not save a plan.
Before changing devices
Save your plan, then create an encrypted recovery copy from Privacy. Keep its passphrase separately; Duelix cannot recover a forgotten passphrase. Restore replaces expense history rather than merging it, and opens a recovered plan as an unsaved draft for review. Private iCloud plan sync is separate from expense recovery.
AI guidance and daily limits
Guidance is optional and works only after you agree. Each device has a daily number of guidance requests, and a shared daily limit applies to everyone. If you see a limit message, try again after midnight Saudi time. Calculations, plans and expenses keep working without guidance.
Bank connections
Duelix does not connect to banks. To add an expense, paste a bank message or choose a screenshot, then review it. Duelix will never ask for your bank password, verification codes or card number.
App lock
If Face ID or Touch ID does not work, use your device passcode. Turning app lock on or off asks you to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.
